Capture Frame in ProShow Producer

One of the nicest feature of Producer is the ability to capture any of the motions in your slide, in one static (still) image, and to save it on your own computer, as a separate file. This graphic file can be then reused in your show in a number of imaginative ways.

How to capture a frame

(1) With your mouse, scrub the main preview of your slide, until you reach the motion and the position that you wish to capture.

(2) RIGHT click on the main preview area of your slide, and choose the option that you need.

The default is  “Capture current frame”

You can erase the written default values and write your own. If you intend to zoom into this image a lot, a good size for the width would be 1800 or even 2000. Producer will calculate the height automatically.

Save your file to a directory on your computer. You can choose either png or jpg format.
